They put the money in your account, so it's just like normal money. You can withdraw it whenever you want? Just don't touch it and you won't have a problem.

Yeh, can't wait :D

I found out what the deal was with the diff and driveshaft, remember i was confused because Ben said he would replace mine with the ones from the GTT? Yeh, what is happening is Ben is going to buy a full car that has been written off and then i get the full thing. So it isn't really a half cut, but that is what we are referring to it as

Thats awesome. Is the cost of the centre guages also included in the price or do you have to pay extra?

$180 extra because i'm supplying aftermarket gauges. Would be like $270 extra if i wanted to use the stock gauges because they would have to do a whole lot of wiring modifications. I think that's still pretty good considering they have to remove my whole dash, fit the gauge holder, and wire up all the gauges. Would take a few hours.

Yeh they are really good, i recommend them highly. But i wouldn't go there for small simple things like servicing or stuff like that because they are really busy, naturally the bigger projects will get priority over the simpler tasks.

I have a few Non-Simple tasks that I require to be done, like my suspension, turbo upgrade, I want to cam my motor. Also I want to eventually swap my motor over to a RB26DETT and have it converted to rear wheel drive.

I'd start saving for the 26 if you seriously wanna get that done... KYP quoted me 12k to get that done, and that doesn't include any of the supporting mods... It's an expensive conversion

Yeh i was thinking about it... In the end, i decided i would rather just save and get a 34 GTR, get all the things that come with it being a GTR, without the rattles and problems that conversions always bring

Yeh you can get R34 GT4's.

I think Rhys is confused because you said you wanted to convert it to rear wheel drive. You wouldn't actually need to convert anything unless your car was a GT4 and you wanted to convert it to RWD, but in your case you would just have to get custom alterations to your 25DET gearbox and driveshaft so that they fit the RB26

Positive first sentence, negative second. A GTR box is basically a GTSt box with a transfer case. The standard GTT box fits straight up. And yes I'm possitive, because my mate used one in his 26 R33.

Oh ok, well then no conversion needed at all :)

Had heard you needed custom housing to fit the 25DET box to an RB26, although i have no idea where i read that or what it was about, so i may be confusing it with something else

Most likely sump, mate. The GTR diff is part of it, so cos its useless in a RWD car, you need to either cut the diff off the GTR sump, or modify the RB25 sump.

I was under the impression that you had to reprogram the ECU somewhat or change it??? Coz of the whole AWD change to RWD???
