OK there will be a cruise for the 21st and 22nd August. Please have a say in the Poll as to when and where.

The people have spoken!

DATE: Sunday the 22nd August 2010
TIME: 10.00am for a 10.30am Depart
MEET POINT: Midland Gate Shopping Centre Undercover Car Park - Padbury Tce off of Great Eastern Hwy Midland.
DIRECTION: West / South
DESTINATION: Serpentine Dam.

Possible wet weather, Will keep an eye on the long range forecasts so i can try and cater for bad weather if it happens.
Probably BBQ lunch depending on weather, If it is raining we will eat at a pub or something, This will be determined by Friday beforehand so you have time to buy BBQ foods if required.

**UPDATE 20.8.10 - Weather is looking like crap, forecast is for rain. Our start point is undercover, some stops will not be so bring your umbrella, rain jacket and anything else you can think that will make you comfy. BBQ will not be happening at this point due to weather so I will organise a stop somewhere we can eat lunch. Bring cash or pack your own lunch/drinks.
God darn it, I wish google would make up its mind about the weather, now apparently it is going to be fine on Sunday, woohoo, Brett said the radio forecast was for fine weather on sunday too. ok so the BBQ is now an option and at this point we will go ahead with a BBQ so go buy some snaggas and some buns and pack your eskies

As always, we respect the road rules, No burnouts/skids/hooning etc etc. Drive safe and we will all have a happy and enjoyable day.

Its the little things in life that count.

Voted :)

I voted for south because I don't think we go on many cruises that head down south... I live NOR so don't get much exposure to SOR, would be nice to cruise somewhere new, maybe find some new roads :)

Could you change the polls so we can choose more than one?

What were yougoing to choose Socs? you can write a your suggestion if you like. Sounds like people are pretty keen for a southern coastal run, sounds good, something different.
Will give it a few more days before setting anything.

since when? i see more 5x more cops on a sat night cruise than i did on the poker run.

there was one on the intersection of hutton and main. and the only reason they looked in our direction is cause thats the way they where walking

Time of the day doesn't have much to do with it, more about where we are going, ie. Northbridge will obviously have more cops than York...

i think its also more obvious there is a cruise on, seeing how there is generally less traffic at night as there would be during the day.
