easy man... set ur camera to manual and let in about 1 stop less than ambient light (a little underexposed). then fix the exposure for the highlights of the car (brightest panels). i used two flashes there, one on the right (shooting onto the left side of the car) and one on the left (shooting to the front of the car). this gives the car a bit of structure and lines. if u use a long exposure and light paint.. then u can get softer highlights but it loses the 'edgey' feel which this car is all about. the left flash was 1/128 and the right flash was 1/64.
in photoshop, blacken everything out that distracts from the image, leaving just the pillars and basic scenery.
