Just read this post. Impressive build you got going there. The 6sp conversion will definitely be a good one once it is done. My mate did it in his old gc8 and it can really take a beating. Just got a GC8 myself and recently joined the subaru family. Good times ahead :)

Terence what mods have you done to your car that I haven't done to mine? Or rather what mods have you done to yours since you last updated that list on SAUWA?

Bretto, maybe your stock turbo's have been highflowed?


fuel pump, hks actuator and a full powerfc remap and retune.

Ah ok. What's your fuel consumption like? NOT 85kms to half a tank I'm betting... lol


i get about 380km per tank...but i drive the car hard for the whole time lol..i dont know what the best economy i can get is...it doesnt really bother me.

hmm, that is strange...you seem to have the right mods. Could be the powerfc giving me that little more...but i still have the dump and cat to do. Will do those with the turbo kit i got. My mate that made 245 has the same mods as you.

I got 248 at hyperdrive but my turbo in 3rd peaks at 15.5psi which is wierd.
