Writing up what I plan to do and get some advice on a couple of things cause SAU's pretty quiet.

Last Service: Late January done approx 7000km since then.
Oil & filter was changed, with a nulon engine flush done as well.
Diff and gearbox oil was changed.

This service i plan to do the following:

Thicker oil: 25W-60 instead of 20W-50, new oil filter
Top up gearbox oil 80W-90
change spare diff oil and swap into car. 80W-90
adjust valve clearances and cam timing.
New Fuel filter.

and also these additives:

Engine Oil Flush Just before oil change.
Long Term Engine Treatment With New Oil.
Worn Engine Treatment With New oil.
Lifter Free and Tune - Up With New Oil.
Manual Gearbox and Diff Treatment Add to existing oil in gearbox only not diff.
Total Fuel System Cleaner After everything else is done.

Adjusting valves should get rid of the current noise/hiss/rattling when under load, had that noise for like 2 months now.
Pretty sure Rhys can handle everything, other than the diff (as spoken about).

Thanks for reading.

Lol, sounds like a plan mate. I ain't doing a diff on the floor by myself though! Haha. Doubt you'll need to top up the gearbox oil though.

I also remembered it needs both clutch cylinders replaced and Castor/sway bar bushes.

I was asking advice in terms of the additives and whether 3 of them will work at the same time.

Lol i'm in two minds about modifying a car like that... I would love to slam an RB26 in there with all the bits... But at the same time, it's so classic i would just want to keep it stock and pure

Wallet doesn't allow for turbos at this stage, I'd rather buy one as turbo from factory IF I ever wanted to.
I'd love to see RB26DETT C210 but suspension would be like WTF more than 100kw NO WAY!

There's a guy in Mandurah with a registered C210 couple with a 308 V8 in it, sounds good, I needa go for a drive down to see it.

Well it can't help. It is a clean engine, so may not be necessary, but won't hurt. Hell, worst case scinario there's a fire inside you engine, but that's called "running" :P
Nah, that won't happen. If you want it done, we can do it no worries.

Decided to drop the long term engine treatment as it's pretty much the same as the worn engine additive.

Allen/ Brett: In your views would 25W/60 oil be too thick for this engine?

What's the best engine oil flush out there?

Best way to clean an engine? Strip it down and chuck it in the parts washer.

But we use Fortron Engine Flush at work, I can grab some for you if you want.

From now on this threads going to be my C210 shit thread where i update on shit i've done with it.

Went to radiator place today. there is no CO2 in the water, there is only oil in the water, but very little and I'm going to put some stuff into the radiator water to block the hole.

You should get this thread moved to the relevant section and change the title dude.

That radiator fix stuff works a charm, used it on my ex girlfriends Ford Festiva.

Update:

Used Stop Leak stuff, oil leak has now stopped = GOOD

Changed sparkplugs which fixed the spluttering at high revs which i told brett about on freestyler cruise.
Points and condensor replaced today, doesn't misfire under load anymore and the car actually has torque for once.
Valve clearances adjusted when cold but need to be set when hot cause they are still noisy.
Ran it out of fuel, awesome, trying to get all the fuel i can out of tank, but failed.

Next to do:
New high flow air filter.
New fuel filter.
Purchase and install thermofan setup.
Rebuild original diff.

I am told EF Falcon twin setups are quality

I'm getting it cause my car has a solid fan setup, ie no clutch so it gets really noisy at 3000rpm+
