Hi WCC,
Decided to join since Trevor keeps mentioning you guys. Im Vincent. I dont know if you guys know me. But i used to have the silver 33 sedan with black roof.
Anyway, since then i sold that car and got a slower car but much more reliable. Got a toyota yaris, have done a few mods to it for a year.
Now i recently bought an 05 Hilux SR5 V6 4x4. So ill be keen to go 4WDing and learning more about them.

Hey Vincent! It's been too long man. Still think your crazy for downgrading to a Yaris, but each to their own :P Btw, I've seen your old 33 around a fair bit recently, he hasn't done much to it but it's good to know it's still around! Wish I knew where my previous cars were. One went to the wreckers, but the other two are anyones guess! Lol

The 4x4 scene is a little slow at the moment but I should have finished rebuilding mine inside a month or two and we'll be hitting it again.

Well i haven't seen the skyline in person since i sold it. But a few of my mates seen it around.

Im hanging in there. just need to mod the hilux a bit and get some recovery gear. Cost a bit for equipment and mods for 4WDs... =(

True, but normally when you go with a club, someone's always carrying what's needed.

It'll save a bit of worry until you can get your own gear if you want to go that far.

Thats not a bad 4 door R33 you had there. Its looks pretty neat and tidy.

Stick around mate as i plan to push the 4wd section to another level to get more cruises happening. Keep your eyes on the forums as there will be a 4wd cruise soon.

sorry Im a little slow with my welcomes, good to see another 4x4 owner in the club, there is a 4x4 event happening on the 11-12th september, have a look in the guest members, 4x4 cruise section for details. This should be a great day or weekend depending on what is decided.
Otherwise it would be good to see you bring the Yaris out to a couple of car cruises and then we can all meet you in person.
Its the little things in life that count.
