You can see it was strapped down but only at the back. Why the dyno is 2 feet off the ground I have no idea...

Thats crazy, luckily no one was standing the other side. they did strap it down properly.

Well sort of, it was strapped down at the back. Obviously still has side to side movement though. I bet the tuner took his hands off the steering wheel.
