So I have come to realize my handbrake and brakes are loose... the manual says -

1. With the parking brake lever set at its fully applied position, count the number of the notches on the brake lever sector.
Specified working
Travel: 3 to 5 Notches

2. When the above-specified working travel is not obtained, turn the adjusting cam shaft clockwise so that the parking brake shoe may contact closely against the inner surface of the brake drum. Then, back off the adjusting brake cam one notch.
Specified Number of
Backing-Off Notch: One Notch

My issue is that I have no idea how to do any of this.. Save me? :domokun:

Have a look around the handbrake lever inside the cabin and outside under the car to see if there is an adjustment lever/screw of any sort. If not, it will be behind the rear hub in the diff housing area.

Seek and ye shall find.
